I felt genuinely welcomed upon arrival. The staff provided helpful information about the area and made sure my room had everything i needed (i even found complimentary toiletries!). The location suited me perfectly since it was close to public transportation and several good restaurants.

my room faced the lagoon with a beautiful view of san giorgio island. the hotel offered very clean facilities daily. the staff was friendly and available to help with any request. i had easy access to nearby restaurants from the location.

The room wasn't exactly soundproof. I swear i could hear the gondoliers arguing about parking at 5 am. also, the breakfast selection was a bit sad. i mean, i expected more than just croissants and yogurt. where was the prosciutto? where was the excitement? i felt slightly betrayed. it was like a missed opportunity to embrace italy.
