Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel may have been a bit of a trek through with no lift to our landing, but the rooms were comfortable and very clean. The service was friendly and helpful, especially Pietre who assisted us in booking tours. The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk to San Marco and close to convenient transportation options. Though the dining experience lacked fresh ingredients, the breakfast was satisfying by Italian standards.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with clean and spacious rooms offering an excellent view of the lagoon. The friendly and helpful service added to the great experience, although the dining options were a bit underwhelming. The perfect location close to both the Biennale and San Marco made it a superb choice for exploring Venice.
The hotel had a magnificent view of the lagoon and was immaculately clean but the room was too small for a couple and a toddler, despite being a premium double. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was ideal, close to major attractions but slightly noisy in the early morning. Dining was average. Facilities were standard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms, though small, were beautifully decorated in classic Venetian style, but some had a lingering smell from smoking with no view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us by arranging accommodation nearby. The location was convenient, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and near a quiet garden area, but the continental breakfast wasn't my favorite. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were sufficient. Overall, a decent choice with room for improvement.
I found our stay at the hotel to have both positive and negative aspects. The room was very clean with an excellent view of the lagoon, but it was old, noisy, and too small for a couple with a toddler. The service was friendly and helpful, offering advice on dining and booking trips to Murano and Burano. The location was perfect, close to the Biennale and within walking distance to San Marco, but the dining experience was a bit off-putting. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel with beautiful views from my spacious room, even though it was a bit warm inside. The location was excellent, just a short walk from major attractions and facing the canal for a charming experience. The staff, especially Pietre, were courteous and very helpful with all inquiries and tour bookings. However, the dining options were somewhat lacking in fresh ingredients, which became repetitive after a couple of days.
